Bio: Hey there! First and foremost, thanks for checking out my blog. I appreciate it! Second, I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I can't play an instrument to save my life, so I'm merely an appreciator of music. I grew up around the metal environment. Its in my blood. My uncle played guitar for Boston metal legends Steel Assassin. I grew up around the guys in Wargasm, Meliah Rage and Triphammer. The first tape I ever owned was Ozzy Osbourne's "Diary of a Madman" and my passion for metal was born. I attended college at Bridgewater State College (now University) and while there I was both a DJ and acted as the school radio station's music director and I also wrote the only music column for the school paper. After college I worked briefly in radio broadcasting and later spent a couple of years writing about baseball. I had over 500 published articles with over a million hits to my name before deciding to hang it up. Now, I'm back to write about my first love, music; specifically heavy metal and hard rock. Thanks for checking me out!
